Zillmere Multicultural Festival offers the community an opportunity to share their arts, crafts, food, or information of their culture with the community. As this is a multicultural event preference will be given to stalls that reflect that theme in content and presentation.
To apply as a stallholder, you are required to complete this form and return it to us as soon as possible.
Please consider when applying that we are primarily looking for highly creative, hand crafted, culturally specific or unique goods as well as information regarded as useful and beneficial to the community and food that reflects the cultural diversity of our community.
If you are planning to set up a food stall at our festival, you will require a food stall licence if you are a small business, or a temporary food stall application if you are a not-for-profit community group.
For more information regarding temporary food stall licencing, please refer to the Temporary Food Stall Licence, Structure and Operation Guide, which will give you all the necessary information to find out whether you need a licence or not.
Please remember to read the application guide attached to the Temporary Food Stall Licence Application Form before completing it, as incomplete applications are not accepted.
We would also reccommend this guide for setting up and operating a food stall produced by the Brisbane City Council.
